How we create solutions
This is fundamentally the most important element in the chain – creating something unique for a project or a shop. Our designers and draughtspersons then take over and convert the ideas into sketches and drawings. Each shop or project is unique and has different conditions which we have to incorporate at an early stage.
At Ricana we work with both our own designers and freelancers. All to be able to create a solution in accordance with your needs. The fittings should accentuate the goods and make it easier for the consumer. When we design, we take as many factors into account to as possible. The more we know about the shop's needs the better. Which colours predominate in the shop? Where should the racks be located?
BASIC DRAWING DATA
In both cases, our staff take over, supplement, complete the idea and return with a finished drawing, generally in three dimensions. This makes it simple for you to obtain a clear indication of what it will look like in the shop. During the process, we hold discussions with you as the client in order to ensure that it will turn out just as you want it.
Heavy goods require greater stability. Our standard range consists of different designs, adapted to different types of goods. We often hold direct discussions with the client with the aim of designing and tailoring a rack that is optimum for both the shop and the goods that are to be displayed. Obviously, construction and design must go hand in hand in the development of a new rack.
Our racks can be supplied with the lighting that is suitable and optimum in the context. Adjustments can sometimes be made by our personnel during the actual assembly on site in your shop. Naturally, we adapt the lighting according to your specific conditions and those of the shop.
Step by step, we have developed a range of flexible components that in turn can be used in different ways for several modules. This is what we mean by manufacturing rationally - producing stock items and tailoring individual solutions. This is to your benefit in that we can maintain a lower price level and furthermore means that we can shorten and ensure delivery times - which in turn means that as a customer you can be sure that the order will be delivered at the time set.
This means that we we coordinate delivery of both shop fittings and peripherals, we distribute the right material in the right order - and at the right time. Sometimes a large order has to be part delivered on different occasions. In these cases we take care of warehousing the surplus material until the next delivery takes place. We thus save time and resources for our customers. We know from experience that everything has to function quickly and painlessly in situations where, for example, a new shop is going to have its premier.
CONSTRUCTION & ASSEMBLY
With more complicated solutions we are happy to assist with installation. In such cases our staff come to your shop and ensure that everything is assembled quickly and smoothly. However, as said; it is usually not at all complicated to assemble our racks with a couple of simple operations.
